• After you place an online order, you still automatically receive an eMail confirmation of your order but now we also send a follow up email notifying you when your ships. If you package ships by UPS or Priority Mail your shipment notification email also includes your package tracking number. You can use this number to track your package live with UPS or USPS.
• When you place an order online you can set a use name and password so you can log into your account to check the status of your order. If your order has is still in process you can make changes to it. If it hasn't shipped yet you can even cancel your order.
