Do you accept Money Orders?

Yes! We strongly recommend that you send mail orders using the one of the delivery tracking services offered by the US Postal Service. That way you know when we received your order.

(If your money order is delayed or lost in transit we can't tell you why we didn't receive it. We don't know anymore than you do. Getting angry and demanding to know why we haven't received it doesn't work either.)

We also strongly suggest that you use US Postal Money Orders whenever possible. US Postal Money Orders are guaranteed to be replaced if lost or stolen. The replacement process is also relatively fast compared to many banks and other places. The post office can usually tell you within a week if the money order has been submitted for payment and by whom. If it was fraudulently chased they can replace it. If it has not been cashed they can put a stop payment on it and reissue the money order. Compared to other companies the process is fast and cheap. Some companies charge and arm and a leg and can take 6 to 8 weeks.

If you are ordering from outside the USA your money order must be payable in US funds.

Where Do I Mail my money order?

The best way to do this is to go to our website and begin placing the items you want into the online shopping cart as if you were going to purchase with a credit card through the web site. You'd be surprised how many orders get delayed because the total was added incorrectly, the shipping amount was wrong or the handwriting was just plain illegible, so we urge you the follow the directions below. It may look like a long set of instructions but it’s really very fast and very easy.

1. Just click the pink order button that you'll find on the top right of every product page.

2. The items you place in your online shopping cart will appear in the blue area on the right side of your screen. Use the on screen buttons you can click to change quantities, or add and remove items to your cart.

3. After everything you want to buy is in the cart and you've checked to be sure all the sizes, colors and quantities are correct. Click the red button marked checkout.

4. If you are a returning customer please login as usual. If you are a new customer (or a previous customer using our new site for the first time) click the New Customer Link.

5. After you fill in your billing and shipping address you will see all the available shipping options. You can choose how you want your order shipped based upon how quickly you need it and much you want to pay.

6. Then select the Mail or Fax Payment button. Type in any comments and then select Print from your pull down menu.

7. Finally have a pen and paper ready to write your order number. Then click the submit button at the bottom of the page. Your order number will be displayed for about 60 seconds before you are redirected to the next page.

Unless you do not have printer we prefer that you do it this way. As we mentioned at the top of this page, many orders get delayed because the total was added incorrectly, the shipping amount was wrong or the handwriting was just plain illegible. When that happens we have no choice but to send the order back to the customer.

Payments by Money Order are processed and shipped faster than personal check. If you do pay by check, your order will not ship until it clears. This can be up to 7 to 10 business days for an out of state check. If you are mailing your order from outside the US payment must be made in US funds.
