Order Staus

If you just placed your order a tracking number will not be immediately available. If you provided a valid e-mail address when you placed your order you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation that we have received your order and a second email when your package ships. If your package is shipping within the US your email will also include a UPS, Express Mail or Priority Mail tracking number. If you provided an email address and password when placing your order you can also log on through our website to check your order status. There is a link to access your account on the top right of nearly every page on this web site.

Shipping your order on time is our biggest priority. Getting your order out the door when promised takes precedence over everything else so it can take 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) before new orders to be entered into our online tracking system. If you need tracking information for your Next Day or Second Day order and it has not yet been 24 hours please check back the next business day.

ORDER STATUS CODE KEY

UNSHIPPED: This means your order is still waiting to be processed. Your credit card has been authorized but we have not yet packaged your order. Credit card authorization means your bank has put a hold on the amount on your invoice but that we have not yet received funds. We have received approval from your bank that funds are available but we do not take possession of those funds until your order has been packed and is ready to ship. As long as your order status is unshipped you can still log into your account and make changes to your order. You can add ort subtract items. You can even cancel if necessary.

IN PROCESS: Someone in the warehouse has begun processing your order. Unless it is a special order or custom item in most cases that means that someone has begun to package your order.

SHIPPED: Once your order is in process you must telephone and speak with a live agent to cancel or make changes to your order. If all agents are busy helping other customers we strongly recommend you try calling again in a few minutes. If you cannot reach a live person that means it's probably a busy day or after normal business hours. Most orders ship the same day. The customer service department and the warehouse staff are in different locations. If you choose to leave a message there is no guarantee that it will be received before your order ships.

BACK ORDERED: Most items are in stock but occasionally an item may be back ordered in one particular size or color. If we expect the back ordered item will take longer than a week or two to be back in stock we usually put a notice on the web page in bold Red type. We put out of stock notices at the top of the page where the item appears so you can easily see it before placing an order.

PRE-ORDERED: Pre-Ordered means you have placed an order for one of our custom made or special order items. All custom made or special order items are very clearly marked; both on the web page, the check out page and the order confirmation page that we send you via e-mail. Custom and special order items usually take three to four weeks to ship. Custom made and special order items cannot be cancelled or changed once they are in process.

OTHER - SEE LINE ITEMS: This means we have shipped all in stock items but that one or more items in your order have will be shipping separately. Generally this is because you have ordered a custom or special order item but it can also mean an item is on back order.
