Rush Delivery Service
Available only within the USA

Next or Second Day Air from UPS United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Express Mail are not available on International Orders with destinations outside the 50 United States. American Possessions, Territories and APOs are also excluded.

Next Day or 2ND Day Air Orders must be received before 10:00 AM Mountain Time to ship the same day. Orders received after 10:00 am will ship the following business day. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box you must select Express Mail.

We promise to ship your order using the carrier of your choice but we cannot guarantee that UPS or the US Postal Service will always be able to deliver on time. This may be due to unpredictable circumstances such as weather related delays. Also not all locations can be serviced the next day depending upon their proximity to a mail hub.

If UPS or the US Postal Service is unable to deliver as promised we will make an application for refund and reimburse you for the actual postage (this does not include handling charges). Please contact us if a carrier is unable to deliver on time and you desire a refund.

Our Policy for Cancellation, Changes and/or Refusal to accept Delivery

When you place a Rush Order for Next Day or 2nd Day delivery we stop everything to get your order packaged and out the door on time. If you have placed the order during normal business hours, within 20 to 40 minutes we have usually already picked and packaged your order. Even if you call us back 30 minutes later, the chances are that your order is sitting on our loading dock awaiting pick up. Since UPS often makes morning and afternoon pickups your order may even already be out the door.

Why can't you make cancel or make changes to Rush orders by email?
Because your orders are sent directly to the warehouse who the minute they walk in the door at nine O'clock start packaging and shipping orders. Your emails go to our customer service department. The people who answer emails reply to them in the order they are received. Diaper connection currently receives between 900 and 1,400 email every day. Like you, a whole bunch of the emails we get are spam but we still have to look at most of them before we delete anything, just to be sure. The bottom line is that by the time we get to read your eMail your package has probably already left the loading dock. Once the order has left our building and is on it's way to you there's not much that we can do . . .

If you need to make a change to or cancel a Rush Order Call Our Customer Service Line at 1-800-819-9845 or 631-412-3485.

If it is after hours or the customer service representatives are busy helping other customers leave message and be sure to mark your voicemail as urgent. This will flag your message and make sure it is played back first. Also be sure to speak clearly and include your name, order number and contact information in case we need to contact you. You'd be surprised but we get lots of emails and messages on our answering machine that we cannot respond to because people forget to give us a way to reach them.

Spam filters trap a lot of legitimate email. Every week we send out responses to dozens of customers whose emails bounce back or are never delivered. If you have an AOL, EarthLink, Hotmail, Yahoo or other email account that uses a spam filter, set your accounts to accept email from DiaperConnection.com, check your spam folder or turn OFF your spam filter.

Even though Rush orders involve more paper work and costs more to process, we don't charge extra for this service. The higher postage fees go directly to UPS, not to us.

IMPORTANT: We Reserve The Right to Charge a Restocking Fee in the Following Instances:

Cancellation of Rush Orders that are received after the order has already been processed, packaged and labeled may be charged a Restocking fee of 10% or $10.00, whichever is less.

We will not refund postage and handling charges on Rush orders that have already shipped if they are returned as undeliverable. A Restocking fee of 20% or $15.00 (whichever is less) may also be deducted, .

Easy Online Order Tracking

If you just placed your tracking nuumber will not be immediately available. If you provided a valid e-mail address when you placed your order you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation that we have received your order and a second email when your package ships. If your package is shipping within the US your email will also include a UPS, Express Mail or Priority Mail tracking number. If you provided an email address and password when placing your order you can also log on through our website to check your order status.

Shipping your order on time is our biggest priority. Getting your order out the door when promised takes precedence over everything else so it can take 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) before new orders to be entered into our online tracking system. If you need tracking information for your Next Day or Second Day order and it has not yet been 24 hours please check back the next business day.
