We calculate our shipping using the US Postal Service and UPS rates. Both UPS and USPS base their fees upon the weight of your order, the address the package is being shipped to and the shipping method you select at the time of check out.
Because our shipping rates are based upon the actual postage costs you can easily find out shipping costs to any country, city or town by selecting the items you want on our web site and then typing in your shipping address. After you place all the items you want into our online shopping cart and type in your address, all of the available shipping options and prices will be displayed for you on your computer screen. There’s no need to send an email asking how much it is to ship. You can use our website to calculate that for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please keep in mind that no matter what you order, if the total weight is under two pounds there is very little difference in postage. Whether you are shipping one, two or three pair of plastic pants there is very little difference in your cost to ship. This may make it seem like shipping one pair of pants Global Priority to Italy is unusually high, but remember postage is not based on the number of plastic pants ordered, but the total weight of the package.
All of our diapers, plastic pants and most of our other products are stocked for immediate shipment. Most orders will ship within two business days or less. A few specially marked items are special ordered or drop shipped from our manufacturer.
Every order is shipped in a securely sealed package. Smaller orders use a plain white Tyvek shipping envelope or one of the standard packages provided by UPS or the US Postal Service. The shipping label will read:

No other markings appear. A single strip of tape insures the pre gummed labels and the envelope flap is not easily tampered with or opened. International customers will have an attached Customs form that indicates "Medical Garment. No Tax or Duty". In some countries this designation may save duty and tax. If you world prefer some other designation on your customs form please phone us or use the comments section on the order form.
Express Mail & UPS Next Day Delivery
(only available within the USA)
Next or Second Day Air from UPS United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Express Mail are not available on International Orders with destinations outside the 50 United States. American Possessions, Territories and APOs are also excluded.
UPS Next Day or 2ND Day Air Orders must be received before 10:00 AM Mountain Time to ship the same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM may not ship until the following business day. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box you must select Express Mail. .
We promise to get your order out the door and ship it using the carrier of your choice. Once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control over your package. Due to weather related delays or other unpredictable circumstances we cannot guarantee that UPS or the US Postal Service will always be able to deliver on time. Also not all locations can be serviced the next day depending upon their proximity to a mail hub.
If UPS or the USPS is unable to deliver as promised we will make an application for refund and reimburse you for the actual postage (this does not include handling charges). Please contact us if a carrier is unable to deliver on time and you desire a refund.

International Orders
Orders shipping outside the US are sent by US Air Mail Parcel Post, Economy Surface Mail, or Global Priority depending upon which option you choose at checkout. Orders shipping outside the USA may also be subject to fees or local tariffs when clearing customs in your country.
